I always look forward to events where I get to meet other bloggers and influencers. That’s why the opportunity to attend Blogapalooza ConnecteD 2018 is something that I had to grab. Even if it’s already my second time to attend, it’s still exciting. The Blogapalooza ConnecteD is one of the biggest gathering of different types of content creators and leading brands in the Philippines. The event happened last October 27 at the City of Dreams Manila.

The event’s theme is “connecteD” and brings together bloggers, influencers, vloggers, and social media personalities from different parts of the country under one roof. But it doesn’t only connect bloggers to fellow bloggers but also bloggers to businesses.

Blogapalooza, now on its 8th year, is once again a success. It was a fun filled blogger-to-business event with interactive booth activities. My fellow #NegrenseBloggers and I really enjoyed the activities with the different brands who were present that day. There are a lot of freebies from participating companies.

I also enjoyed listening to the resource speakers who talked about their difficulties with creating content for their blogs and other social media channels and how they were able to get past all that, as well as discussing the technical aspect of the job. It’s nice to know that I’m not the only one who sometimes find it hard to create content. There were also panel discussions that talked about growing your Instagram following and Youtube following, as well as creating content that can bring in a lot of views.

I give a lot of thanks to Ms. Ace Gapuz, the founder of Blogapalooza, for having this yearly convention. I really had a great time networking with other bloggers and learning from them as well.
