I know many of us haven’t had the opportunity or the time to explore the Philippines. Before I go to other countries I’d definitely want to know and see more of my own country. If you want to visit the City of Smiles (Bacolod City), you can stay at one of the most well-known and prestigious hotels in the city, the L’ Fisher Hotel. It’s conveniently located along Lacson Street, the heart of Bacolod’s business and commercial center. It’s the perfect venue for banquets, conferences, receptions, events, and other special occasions.

One of the hotel’s attractions is L’Fisher Chalet Restaurant. Its name is derived from the word chalet which means a house of cottage traditionally made of wood with wide overhanging leaves. The resto basically serves native dishes from 06:00 AM until 10:00 PM (Sunday, Monday to Thursday) and 06:00 AM until 02:00 AM (Friday and Saturday).

I have not been to Bacolod. I hope one day I can visit the place. The food you featured all looked sumptuous especially the Krispy Pata and Halo-Halo in Buko.
