Kuya J has indeed come a long way. Prior to the successful launch of their campaign last September 2015 featuring celebrity endorser Jericho Rosales, they only had 18 fully operating stores. By the end of 2015, they have opened an additional 12 stores in a period of only 3 months, for a total of 30 stores.

The resto’s success is attributed to its owner, seasoned restaurateur Winglip Chang, and the whole Kuya J team. Jericho’s popularity also made a big difference to Kuya J’s success. A lot of people took notice because he endorsed the restaurant. Some even thought he owned the fast-growing chain.

I rarely try Filipino food restaurants kasi usually you would really want to try a different cuisine… But now… I kinda want to. Those grilled scallops look heavenly! πŸ˜€
