When I hear about Merzci I can’t help but think about their yummy pasalubong treats and all the other food they offer at incredibly affordable prices. MERZCI PASALUBONG

Their pasalubong goodies though are very popular not just here in the country but worldwide. Among the favorites are Biscocho which is a baked bread topped with either condensed milk or butter; Barquillos, a rolled wafer stick snack; Piaya, a flat bread stuffed with muscovado-based syrup; Meringue, a baked delicacy made of confectioner sugar and whipped egg whites; and Napoleones, a sweet pastry that sandwiches custard filling in the middle and topped with a sugar glaze.
