It’s a great place for families to bond that’s why I was so happy when I was invited to the ground breaking of Oroland Water Park last August 08 at the Circumferential Road in Brgy. Pahanocoy, Bacolod City (fronting the new proposed Ceres South Terminal). This 19-hectare water park and residential complex is expected to open to the public early next year, more specifically on January 08, 2018.

The ground breaking was led by Bacolod Mayor Evelio Leonardia, Vice Mayor El Cid Familiaran, City Administrator John Orola, Councilors Em Ang, Bart Orola and Wilson Gamboa Jr., the Orola family, and their partners. The mayor said that this is Jorophil Land Development and Leisure Corporation’s first project in the city. He also said that the joint project will definitely improve the city’s tourism industry and put Bacolod in the tourism map of the country.
