SMX Shoes And Bags Sale is making a comeback for the second time this year!

Retail therapy has always been a form of relaxation for me but since shopping can be quite expensive, I would sometimes wait for malls and/or shops to go on sale. I’m really happy that there’s this SMX Shoes and Bags Sale happening on November 15 to 19 at Function Hall 1, SMX Convention Center, SM City Bacolod.

The one at the SM Mall of Asia is always a hit with Manila shoppers that’s why it was brought to Bacolod last year with only a modest number of brands participating. This year though there will be more than 50 brands participating with up to 50% to 70% off! A really great treat for local shoppers like me.

Among the brands taking part are Merell, Pony, Skechers, Reebok, Fila, Sperry, Keds, Barbie, Fisher Price, Kipling and a lot more. Most of the items were shipped from Manila, and mind you, many of the styles aren’t on the regular shelves at SM stores.

Aside from shoes and bags, there will also be a selection of clothes on sale. I know that the sale is for five (5) days but better be there on the first day since you’ll get 10x SMAC Points on your purchases and that’s something you can’t pass.

It’s Shopping Time!

Good thing the SMX Shoes and Bags Sale is here. I badly need a pair of white sneakers since our house helper accidentally spoiled my one and only white sneakers (I’ve been looking for one since last week). I, along with some friends, were given the opportunity to have a preview of the sale today (regular opening is on November 15).

My first stop was at Keds. They have a cute selection of sneakers but most of them are printed. Plain colors were also available but unfortunately there’s no white. I also checked Skechers but they too don’t have white. Finally, I saw what I was looking for at Fifa! Guess what made me really happy — it was 50% off! I bought it for just Php 1,999 from its original price of Php 3,998. Yay!

I also mentioned that there will be women’s wear and children’s wear as well, so I’m planning to go back tomorrow to buy some items for my daughter. I’ll also check their luggage collection as I was thinking of replacing my old one. And of course, I want to avail of the 10x SMAC Points which is only good for tomorrow.

One tip though is to go there as early as possible since items really run out fast and bring your SMAC (SM Advantage Card). Don’t bring too much things since for sure you’ll be bringing home a lot of parcels and it won’t be easy to carry.
