Tom N Toms Coffee: The Newest Coffee Haven In Bacolod

I often do my writing late at night so I seldom sleep early. But being on my toes the whole day takes its toll and times when I would fall asleep while working are not uncommon. My solution — a hot cup of coffee. It’s great for making those thinking caps work again. Just like me, many people frequent coffee shops to have a relaxing cup while tinkering with their gadgets. That’s why I was so happy when I was invited to the media launch of Tom N Toms Coffee last February 26 at the corners of 26th and Lacson Streets, Bacolod City. The event was graced by Tom N Toms Coffee executives, CEO Kim Do Kyun, Executive Director Kim Hyeong Seok, and President of Tom N Toms Philippines Peter Kim, as well as the media, NBSI, SSC Bacolod, and other prominent personalities in Bacolod. The store’s grand opening was last February 27.

It’s good to know that Tom N Toms Coffee Bacolod is the first ever branch here in the Philippines. The CEO said that they chose Bacolod City as their first branch here in the country because of its warm and friendly people, which makes it a haven for many Korean tourists, students, and migrants.

This professional Korean coffee franchise brand and international coffee shop also has branches in USA, China, Australia, Mongolia, Qatar, Thailand and Singapore. Aside from their high quality coffee that’s rich in taste and aroma, they also have yummy freshly-baked pastries and pretzels.

Established in Apgujeong-dong, Seoul in 2001, Tom N Toms Coffee was the first to start its own roasting factory in the industry, bringing 100% fresh Arabica beans to each store. Their signature dish is baked pretzels stuffed with cheese, ground meat, Jalapeno peppers and sweet potatoes.

Aside from drinks and pastries, Tom N Toms Coffee also offers different gift items for their customers. They have this merchandise table (located just in front of the counter) that’s full of Tom N Toms products.

Their Bacolod branch is a two-storey building that can accomodate up to 260 customers. It has a comfortable ambiance with semi-private business rooms, high-speed wireless internet, ample parking spaces, and smoking and non-smoking areas. Plus, a friendly team that provides excellent service.
