Over the past two years, Park Inn by Radisson Bacolod has become a cherished home for locals and tourists and a forward-thinking employer committed to empowering its team members through growth opportunities, development programs, and quality training initiatives.
The hotel celebrates through a month-long employee-focused anniversary, inaugurated by a Sportsfest. This exciting event brought together all our hotel staff members, including agency partner employees, for a friendly athletic competition in various sports, such as basketball, volleyball, badminton, chess, and E-sports, vying for the coveted championship award.

Another notable event was the Family Day, held at the Negros Economic Development Foundation Farm (NEDF), the hotel’s sustainability partner. This extraordinary celebration allowed employees to introduce their loved ones to the team and engage in a heartwarming tree-planting activity that brought employees and their families together, fostering a sense of unity and environmental stewardship. The day was filled with fun games and a delightful lunch, creating cherished memories for everyone involved.

On the anniversary day, July 8, an observance of Thanksgiving Holy Mass and blessing took place, followed by the awarding of training completion incentives and gifts that include tickets to the well-sought SB19 Pagtatag Concert at SMX Convention Center Bacolod.
The activities continue beyond the anniversary day as the hotel is set to hold a blood donation drive in collaboration with Red Cross open to employees and their families to participate, followed by a secondary family day celebration at Kalipay Negrense Foundation.
“We particularly lined up activities focusing on giving back to our team members and the community that aligns with our golden circle, which caters to various aspects of service. Recently, DOT Region 6 awarded Park Inn by Radisson Bacolod with the Pagdayaw award, for being one of top contributing DOT-Accredited Accommodation Establishments in Tourist Arrivals.
