Delightful Food And More At Tres
This establishment is already closed.

There’s nothing more satisfying and fun than to eat delicious food at a restaurant that has a good ambiance. That’s just what Tres, a newly opened trendy restaurant in Bacolod, has to offer to its customers. The place is so inviting that you’d want to go there everyday if that’s even possible.

The interior of Tres is a beautiful blend of industrial and classy. The vintage kitchen machineries and the family photos displayed on the shelves in the bare concrete walls bring to mind the comfort and warmth of home. You’ll feel like you’re in a 1950’s diner when you’re in the first floor. The marble floors are black and white and there are long seats with cushions.

The second floor is smaller and is appropriate for groups who want more privacy. The napkins with the simple logo of Tres embroidered on it adds elegance to Tres’ atmosphere.

But more than the interior is the restaurant’s amazing menu inspired by recipes from a Bacolod family handed from generation to generation. Among their appetizers are Chorizo Croquettes, Fish Fritters, and Tres Salad.

Chorizo Croquettes with Spicy Salsa Sauce (Php 95). Deep fried, battered, Spanish chorizo, potato, garlic, and spices.

Fish Fritters with Tartar Sauce (Php 95). Deep fried, battered, cream dory, parsley, onion, and spices.

Tres Salad (Php 170). Lettuce, chicken, mango, red grapes, tomato, Parmesan cheese and anchovy dressing.
Food lovers will certainly go nuts with their Wambas Steak, a nice slab of real corned beef. It’s tender and nicely seasoned. You’ll never want to eat corned beef in a can.

U.S. Wambas Steak (Php 285). Cured and charcoal grilled US short plate, special spices and seasonings. Served with a choice of side: Rice, French Fries or Mashed Potato.
Tres has a very good Pulled Pork Burger that’s served with a sweet barbecue sauce on the side. Along with it are fries and deep fried onion rings.

Pulled Pork Burger (Php 220). Pulled pork, onion rings, cabbage, sour cream and Tres’ housemade bbq sauce.
They likewise have Shallot Pork Belly, Pesto Lasagna, King Henry Chop, Chicken Curry, and Cajun-Style Dory.

Shallot Pork Belly (Php 185). 6 hours of slow-cooked pork belly, with shallots and special sauce.

Pesto Lasagna (Php 195). Spanish chorizo, mushrooms, pesto, garlic and Mozzarella cheese.

King Henry Chop (Php 245). Roasted King Henry cut pork chop with whole grain mustard crust.

Chicken Curry (Php 195). Minced chicken with yellow curry, topped with egg.

Cajun-Style Dory (Php 150). Cream dory, lemon, and Tres’ own special Cajun spices.
As for dessert, their Snickers Pie is to die for.

Snickers Pie (Php 125)
