Healthier Alternatives To Junk Food

Whenever I’m in front of the computer or playing something in my Musicians Friend keyboard, I always make sure that I have something to chew on like potato chips and popcorn. There are actually many healthy alternatives to our favorite junk foods. Pizza is a great substitute if it’s made of healthy ingredients. Make pizza bites with zucchini, mini pizzas with eggplant or mushrooms, or make your pizza out of cauliflower crust. Another substitute is french fries baked in coconut oil. Then there’s mac and cheese wherein you’ll substitute elbow macaroni with butternut squash. Other treats that you can munch on are dark chocolates and pancakes. Use bananas on your pancakes instead of adding maple syrup on top.
