Negros Power PaKAPE Program In Talisay City Strengthens Ties With Barangay Leaders

Negros Electric and Power Corporation (Negros Power) recently brought its PaKAPE Program to Talisay City, gathering barangay officials and community leaders for a productive dialogue focused on electricity services, public awareness, and stronger local cooperation.

Held on April 16, 2026, at Minuluan Hall, the activity was attended by 27 barangay captains and officials from different parts of the city.
