Top Reasons Why I Love Philippine Airlines

Philippine Airlines (PAL) is the flag carrier of the Philippines. Founded in 1941, it’s the first and oldest commercial airline in Asia and serves 31 destinations in the Philippines and 41 overseas destinations in Southeast Asia, East Asia, Middle East, Oceania, North America and Europe.

Top Reasons Why I Love Philippine Airlines

Whenever I travel, I always fly Philippine Airlines. There’s no other airline for me. There are actually a couple of reasons why I Love Philippine Airlines.

Smooth Take-off and Landing

Time is of the essence when you’re very busy but need to be somewhere far and fast. Riding an airplane may be a bit scary but if it’s PAL, there’s no need to worry and rest assured that you’ll be in your destination in no time. Most of all, passengers know that they’re safe. PAL always ensures everyone of a smooth take-off and landing.

Complimentary Snacks and Drinks

For Business Class, a sumptuous selection of Western, Filipino and Japanese Kaiseki dishes is available on particular routes while in the Economy Class passengers will surely delight in their brand of traditional and fusion cuisine.

Free Baggage Allowance

Aside from the 7 kg hand carry, they also offer free 10 kg baggage allowance for check-ins.

Comfort Throughout the Flight

The seats are comfortable and adjustable. The seat bottom cushion can be moved up or forward to support the body when relaxing. You’ll also be entertained because the seats are outfitted with a 9 in. seatback mounted and in-arm touch-screen personal television where you can watch a movie if you don’t feel like sleeping.

Warm Service

The flight attendants are accommodating, friendly, courteous and would go the extra mile to help any passenger. Even the pilots are nice. I was one of the lucky few who got the chance to go inside the cockpit for the first time and have my photo taken. The pilot even offered to take my picture.

Flights With Minimal Delays

The reason why you travel via plane is you want to reach your destination asap, so you don’t like flight delays as much as possible.

Opportunity to Fly For Free

PAL has given me the chance to fly for free several times already. It’s a good thing that they give bloggers and influencers the chance to experience their service.

Mabuhay Miles Card

Mabuhay Miles is Philippine Airlines’ loyalty and lifestyle program that lets your travel for free just by earning Miles when you fly, shop, dine, drive and unwind with our wide array of partners. Go get one now and start earning points!

Cleanliness

I’m kind of a germophobe so the fact that everything around me is clean makes me really happy and the plane’s cleanliness adds to the overall comfort I felt all throughout the flight.
