Negros Power’s Commitment To Enhanced Services
In a strategic move to prioritize consumer convenience, Negros Electric Power Cooperative (NEPC) and CENECO have joined forces to optimize customer transactions. The temporary office of Negros Power, located on the second floor of Robinsons East Center in Bacolod City, has been transformed into a fully air-conditioned Customer Care Center. This center is equipped with a digital queuing system, complimentary coffee, and bread, ensuring a comfortable and efficient experience for visitors.
Operating from 8 AM to 5 PM every Monday to Saturday (without a noon break), the Negros Power office welcomes consumers for various transactions, including payment of bills, new connections, follow-ups on applications, bill deposit payments, addressing customer concerns, and reconnection requests. Consumers visiting the CENECO office on Mabini Street can avail themselves of a complimentary shuttle service to the Negros Power office, although direct visits are encouraged.
The area offices in Bago, Silay, Talisay, and Murcia remain operational to cater to consumer needs effectively.

NEPC Commences Operations
Starting August 1, 2024, Negros Power has officially commenced operations and is currently transitioning with CENECO. This follows the signing of Republic Act Number 12011 by President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., granting NEPC the franchise to manage and operate the electricity distribution system in Central Negros. This legislation ensures continuous and uninterrupted electricity supply across the franchise area.
As NEPC moves forward, they seek continued support and cooperation from the community to ensure the success of their rehabilitation and modernization efforts.
